Fixed pricing for specific deliverables
Monthly retainers for ongoing services
50% upfront, 50% upon completion
1.5% monthly interest on overdue amounts
Understanding ownership and usage rights for creative work:
Final deliverables become your property upon full payment
We retain rights to showcase work in our portfolio
Licenses for stock photos, fonts, and other assets
Our liability is limited as follows:
Limited to the amount paid for services
We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Not liable for events beyond our control
Services provided "as is" without warranties
Either party may terminate this agreement under certain conditions:
You may terminate with 30 days written notice
We may terminate for breach of terms
